The cleanliness of the rooms needs improvement.

My room was basically a one bedroom apartment with a complete kitchen.

The location is excellent for us and the accomodations are very clean and comfortable.

The suite I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, with retail shopping, groceries, and several restaurants within a short walking distance.

the check-in process was frustrating as I had to wait for my room to be ready, despite seeing other guests being given their keys. the website stated that the rooms had wall safes, but mine didn't have one.

I chose this hotel because they allowed us to have our dog.

Observation - I didn't expect an apartment complex. The first apartment that they gave us had a pungent odor (pet urine) and the carpet had a big stain in the living room. We moved to another apartment. We experienced two units in two different buildings and found that they are dated and in need of some tlc. Recommendation: use the non-refundable pet deposits to have the carpet cleaned in the pet desginated units after each guests' stay.

Thirdly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen and separate living area, making it great for a longer stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided was tasty and had a good variety of options to choose from. Additionally, I loved the convenience of its location to other attractions in town, such as the nearby theaters and restaurants.

Understanding and appreciative. Austin is a great getaway place for me. Hope it is available the next time I need to get away.

Outdated Decor and Lack of Maintenance the decor in the rooms is outdated and it's clear that the hotel has not been maintained as much as it should be. the carpets are old and the curtains do not open fully on the balcony.
